  • “Service” – AntBuddy's CRM and Call Center software, operating under the domain name www.antbuddy.com and related mobile applications.

  • “AntBuddy App” – Official AntBuddy app, downloadable directly from app stores.

  • “Website” – Electronic information page when accessing www.antbuddy.com .

  • “Content” – Images, icons, articles, videos posted on the Website.

  • “Account Owner” – The original registrant or person who holds administrative rights to the account.

  • “Administrator account” – The first account created when registering to use the service on www.antbuddy.com .

  • “You” – The account owner or employee authorized to access the account; Also applies to visitors and information on the website.

  • “AntBuddy” – AntBuddy Joint Stock Company, providing CRM and Call Center services.

  • “Third parties” – AntBuddy customers, partners, suppliers.

  • “Store data” – Electronic data stored and limited access by account set up by the account holder.

These terms apply to all services provided by Antbuddy on the official website www.antbuddy.com and related mobile applications. By using AntBuddy's Website or App, you agree to be bound by these terms. AntBuddy may update these terms at any time and will notify you on the website.

You are responsible for using the Service for lawful purposes and not using the Service for activities that are prohibited by law or unacceptable to society.

The customer information provided will be stored on Antbuddy.com until a cancellation request is made by the customer. You have the right to request AntBuddy to allow you to edit personal information, or if you have any questions regarding the terms of personal information, please send us an email.

6. Security policies related to integration of linked services and applications

To ensure the best user experience and compliance with legal regulations, AntBuddy applies special terms of use to services and applications that AntBuddy offers or is affiliated with:

A. Use the AntBuddy App via Apple App Store or GooglePlay

When using the AntBuddy App, you understand and agree that AntBuddy has the right to:

  1. Access your current location;

  2. Save data of AntBuddy App on owner phone;

  3. Connect to the Internet from your device;

  4. Permission to access peripheral devices (speakers, headphones, microphones).

These access rights are made only with your consent and you cannot make a complaint after giving permission.

B. Linking a Facebook Account with AntBuddy When you link your Facebook account with AntBuddy, we request access to:

  1. Facebook Fan Page's email address;

  2. Integrated Facebook Page public sections;

  3. Public items on Personal Accounts that interact with the Page;

  4. Facebook Page Inbox via AntBuddy;

  5. Send and receive messages and comments on Facebook Pages through AntBuddy.

C. Link Zalo Account with AntBuddy For Zalo accounts when linked to AntBuddy, access rights include:

  1. Zalo Official Account's profile picture, name, cover photo, and description;

  2. Full name, address, and phone number information of account followers;

  3. Send and receive messages from Zalo Official Account via AntBuddy.

D. Linking a WhatsApp Account with AntBuddy When you link a WhatsApp account with AntBuddy, we require:

  1. Access contacts and phone numbers associated with the account;

  2. Manage and access chats, including sending and receiving messages;

  3. Access notifications and activities related to the user's WhatsApp account.

E. Linking ERP, CRM, and POS Systems with AntBuddy to improve management efficiency and business operations requires the following access rights:

  1. Synchronize customer data, orders, and product information between systems and AntBuddy;

  2. Access and update financial information and reports from the ERP system;

  3. Automate sales and customer service processes through CRM integration;

  4. Manage inventory and sales transactions through a linked POS system;

  5. Stream real-time data to support effective decision making and analysis.

Any such access and integration is done only after receiving your consent, and we are committed to complying with the privacy policies set out to protect your data as much as possible.
