Điều khoản sử dụng dịch vụ

1. Định nghĩa

  • “Dịch vụ” – Phần mềm CRM và Call Center của Antbuddy, hoạt động dưới tên miền www.antbuddy.com và các ứng dụng di động liên quan.

  • “Ứng dụng Antbuddy” – Ứng dụng chính thức của Antbuddy, có thể tải trực tiếp từ các cửa hàng ứng dụng.

  • “Website” – Trang thông tin điện tử khi truy cập tại www.antbuddy.com.

  • “Nội dung” – Hình ảnh, biểu tượng, bài viết, video được đăng trên Website.

  • “Chủ tài khoản” – Người đăng ký ban đầu hoặc người giữ quyền quản trị tài khoản.

  • “Tài khoản quản trị” – Tài khoản được tạo ra đầu tiên khi đăng ký sử dụng dịch vụ trên www.antbuddy.com.

  • “Bạn” – Người sở hữu tài khoản hoặc nhân viên được cấp quyền truy cập tài khoản; cũng áp dụng cho khách thăm, tìm hiểu thông tin trên website.

  • “Antbuddy” – Công ty Cổ phần Antbuddy, cung cấp dịch vụ CRM và Call Center.

  • “Bên thứ ba” – Khách hàng, đối tác, nhà cung cấp của Antbuddy.

  • “Dữ liệu cửa hàng” – Dữ liệu dưới dạng điện tử được lưu trữ và giới hạn truy cập bằng tài khoản do chủ tài khoản thiết lập.

2. Phạm vi áp dụng
Điều khoản này áp dụng cho tất cả các dịch vụ do Antbuddy cung cấp trên website chính thức www.antbuddy.com và các ứng dụng di động liên quan. Khi sử dụng Website hoặc ứng dụng của Antbuddy, bạn đã chấp nhận tuân theo điều khoản này. Antbuddy có thể cập nhật điều khoản này bất cứ lúc nào và sẽ thông báo cho bạn trên website.
3. Sử dụng hợp pháp

Antbuddy cam kết bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và dữ liệu cửa hàng của bạn. Bạn có trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập và thông báo cho Antbuddy khi có sự cố bảo mật.
5. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Antbuddy không chịu trách nhiệm về các thiệt hại do sử dụng trái phép, lạm dụng tài khoản của bạn hoặc các sự cố do yếu tố bên ngoài.
6. Chính sách riêng tư

6. Các chính sách bảo mật liên quan đến tích hợp các dịch vụ, ứng dụng liên kết

Để đảm bảo trải nghiệm người dùng tốt nhất và tuân thủ các quy định pháp lý, AntBuddy áp dụng các điều khoản sử dụng đặc biệt cho các dịch vụ và ứng dụng mà AntBuddy cung cấp hoặc có liên kết:

A. Sử dụng Ứng dụng AntBuddy qua Apple App Store hoặc GooglePlay

Khi sử dụng Ứng dụng AntBuddy, bạn cần hiểu và đồng ý rằng AntBuddy có quyền:

  1. Truy cập vị trí hiện tại của bạn;

  2. Lưu dữ liệu của Ứng dụng AntBuddy trên điện thoại chủ sở hữu;

  3. Kết nối Internet từ thiết bị của bạn;

  4. Quyền truy cập các thiết bị ngoại vi (loa, tai nghe, micro).

Các quyền truy cập này chỉ được thực hiện với sự đồng ý của bạn và bạn không thể khiếu nại sau khi đã cho phép.

B. Liên kết Tài khoản Facebook với AntBuddy Khi bạn liên kết tài khoản Facebook với AntBuddy, chúng tôi yêu cầu quyền truy cập:

  1. Địa chỉ email của Trang (Fan Page) Facebook;

  2. Các mục công khai trên Trang Facebook đã tích hợp;

  3. Các mục công khai trên Tài khoản cá nhân có tương tác với Trang;

  4. Hộp thư trên Trang Facebook thông qua AntBuddy;

  5. Gửi và nhận tin nhắn, bình luận trên Trang Facebook thông qua AntBuddy.

C. Liên kết Tài khoản Zalo với AntBuddy Đối với tài khoản Zalo khi liên kết với AntBuddy, các quyền truy cập bao gồm:

  1. Ảnh đại diện, tên, ảnh bìa, và mô tả của Zalo Official Account;

  2. Thông tin họ tên, địa chỉ, số điện thoại của người theo dõi tài khoản;

  3. Gửi và nhận tin nhắn từ Zalo Official Account thông qua AntBuddy.

D. Liên kết Tài khoản WhatsApp với AntBuddy Khi bạn liên kết tài khoản WhatsApp với AntBuddy, chúng tôi yêu cầu:

  1. Truy cập danh bạ và số điện thoại liên kết với tài khoản;

  2. Quản lý và truy cập các cuộc trò chuyện, bao gồm gửi và nhận tin nhắn;

  3. Truy cập các thông báo và hoạt động liên quan đến tài khoản WhatsApp của người dùng.

E. Liên kết Hệ thống ERP, CRM, và POS với AntBuddy để cải thiện hiệu quả quản lý và hoạt động kinh doanh yêu cầu các quyền truy cập sau:

  1. Đồng bộ hóa dữ liệu khách hàng, đơn hàng, và thông tin sản phẩm giữa các hệ thống và AntBuddy;

  2. Truy cập và cập nhật thông tin tài chính và báo cáo từ hệ thống ERP;

  3. Tự động hóa các quy trình bán hàng và dịch vụ khách hàng thông qua tích hợp CRM;

  4. Quản lý hàng tồn kho và giao dịch bán hàng thông qua hệ thống POS liên kết;

  5. Truyền tải dữ liệu thời gian thực để hỗ trợ ra quyết định và phân tích hiệu quả.

Mọi quyền truy cập và tích hợp này chỉ được thực hiện sau khi nhận được sự đồng ý của bạn, và chúng tôi cam kết tuân thủ các chính sách bảo mật đặt ra để bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn một cách tối đa.
